Bombay Jam®/Zumba® Classes - Castro Valley
I currently conduct weekly Bombay Jam®/Zumba® classes in Castro Valley only.
The location is Castro Valley Performing Arts (CVPA) facility located at 3738 Castro Valley Blvd, Castro Valley, CA 94546.
The facility can accommodate upto 15 attendees. The session is open to anyone above 18.

Small Group Training - Castro Valley
I conduct Small Group Training sessions in my home gym with groups not exceeding 4 members.
Small Group sessions are more cost effective than one-on-one personal training sessions. It also allows me to pay close attention to your movements and guide you very similar to personal training sessions.
All these add up to help you sustain a fitness regime you are more likely to imbibe into your lifestyle.
