I am Pramila Gurung and I have been a fitness trainer for the last 18 years. I am also an avid CrossFitter, hiker, runner, dog lover, minimalist and a mother to 2 beautiful daughters aged 9 and 4.
I feel extremely lucky that I am able to pursue my passion for dance and fitness as my career. I bring this energy to my classes everyday and I want to help you in your journey towards achieving a higher fitness level.
I have gathered experience working for organizations like 24 Hour Fitness, In-Shape Health Clubs and UC Berkeley where I actively teach right now.
Over my career, it has been my goal to diversify my skills across various fitness approaches which has allowed me to bring the best of different disciplines to each class that I teach.
I have experience as a personal trainer and teaching group classes in Zumba® , Bombay Jam® , HIIT, cardio kick-boxing, body conditioning, Yoga, MELT etc.
I have acquired the following credentials during my fitness journey that enables me to help my clients attain their goals
